"Wish I’d waited for the mini xl"
Hi, I purchased the mini 2-weeks ago and am largely happy with it having used in twice. However, you launched the mini xl today and I’d have preferred to purchase that model had I known it was becoming available when I purchased the smaller version. Frustrating.

Same issue continues on as I cannot get Solo Stove to respond. Have emailed EU and US offices with evidence of transactions but the days, now moving into weeks, continue without customer service responding. I have to say, what started as a very good impression of this company has really taken a dive due to this ongoing lack of response.

However ordering it via you website, was a bad experience. when I'm logged in it wont take me to the checkout page. So could not claim the £10 on offer.

An excellent product, easy to use, it gets nice and hot and looks brilliant. We've only had it a week so I hope it continues to look this good going forwards. I do need to buy a lid for it to keep the rain off!!

Great product!! i've looked at these for many weeks against the copies and I'm so glad I bought the original solo stove Ranger fire pit. Its brilliant. Website will easy to use and I was able to buy the item as part of an offer which made it only £20 more expensive that a copy cat one. The emails to inform me of me order were very regular and it arrived within a few days to the UK. very impressed thank you

We ordered the Bonfire 2 and various extras which arrived very promptly , we then ordered a storage unit which was lost in transit by the courier company, however Rita at Solo Stove fixed this quickly and efficiently.

"Yukon Stove 👍"
I also have a really poor review of the Solo Stove company separately. However, I bought the same stove I wanted indirectly (famous jungle delivery service). Delivery was seamless as usual.
However, I do want to recognise how amazing the Yukon fire pit is. It is truly smokeless (once up to temperature), puts out heat in all directions, and is remarkably efficient.
It is quite bulky and heavy so it’s ideal if you have a permanent location and cover.

After 10 days and various emails I was told despite funds being taken they could not find order details.
No tracking information has been sent.
An email saying a UPS delivery had been declined . Nothing declined.
Another 2 days and no response to.my email detailing order number they gad no record of.

"Not honoring sale price immediately after purchase"
An item that I purchased at full price went on sale just a few days later. I asked if they would credit the difference, being only a few days later (US companies usually recognize value of customer loyalty and do this) and I got an email back from a Rita in CS confirming that they honor any sales that occur within 30 days of purchase, but said there was no sale. There was, and luckily I had taken a screen capture showing the same item in my basket with the discount applied and I emailed this to her and never heard back. Followed up again today and as yet, still not heard back. This is the only issue. I otherwise love the product but would not recommend to any of my friends that come over and see it to purchase due to my experience (thus far). Order #70732
